Behind the journal

How this blog gets made

It usually starts with something I can't stop thinking about. I talk it through with AI, push on the weak spots, and decide what is worth sharing.

The editorial loop

From spark to something shared

Follow an idea from the first question to the next conversation.

  1. 01 / Notice

    An idea nags at me

A question, observation, frustration, or connection feels worth chasing.

  2. 02 / Talk

    Conversation with AI

I talk it out at length. The argument usually emerges through the exchange.

  3. 03 / Challenge

    Pressure-test the idea

We look for weak claims, missing angles, and what I am actually trying to say.

  4. 04 / Ground

    Research the context

History, examples, and evidence give the thought something solid to stand on.

  5. 05 / Write

    Draft the post

The conversation becomes a piece another person can follow.

  6. 06 / Choose

    Edit for voice and signal

I cut the filler, keep what holds up, and make the language sound like me.

  7. 07 / Shape

    Design the reading experience

Structure, diagrams, motion, or interaction help when the idea calls for them.

  8. 08 / Release

    Publish, build, deploy

The page goes through the repo, gets built, goes live, and gets checked there.

  9. 09 / Read

    You meet the idea

It leaves the room where it was made and becomes yours to consider.

  10. 10 / Continue

    The conversation continues

A question, disagreement, or new connection can become the next starting point.

A note on the writing

The point is the idea.

AI is openly part of this workflow. It helps me explore, challenge, and shape a thought. I check what needs checking, choose what survives, and edit for my own voice. The judgment is mine.

I want the writing to make the thought easy to follow. If a post helps you notice a connection, ask a better question, or find something worth pushing back on, it has done its job.
