Operational systems are read before they are trusted.

People do not encounter workflow tooling as pure logic. They encounter it as tone, sequence, labeling, and implied confidence. If the language of a system sounds over-finished, brittle, or detached from the actual work around it, users feel that long before they can name it.

The system may be structurally sound. That is not enough. It still needs a voice people can work with.
